1. Returns Policy

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase or have simply changed your mind, you may request a return and refund within 3 days of the purchase date.

Conditions for Return:
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for covering return postage.

Original Condition: The item must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered—unused, undamaged, and with original packaging.

Original Shipping Fee: Delivery charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

No-Reason Returns: If you return an item without a specific issue, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

2. Warranty – Electronics

All electronic products come with a 3-day checking warranty starting from the delivery date.

Note: Any physical damage (e.g. drops, impacts, cracks) will void the warranty.

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will guide you through the process for replacement or refund.

4. Refund Options

Once your return is received and approved, you can choose one of the following refund methods:

Bank Transfer – Refund sent directly to your bank account.

Store Credit – We’ll issue a voucher that can be used on future purchases.
